Rental rates for Old Towne Civic Center vary on weekdays and  for day time events, so don’t hesitate to call us at (804) 733-8344 for special pricing. • Building Rental - $250 per hour (5 hour minimum - $1,250) • Courtyard with rental - $500 • Set-up and Clean-up fee - $200 under 250 persons - $1/per person over 250 • Minimum Deposit to book your event - $250 Building is shown by appointment only on Fridays from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.  and on Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
